01 Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by HexCode on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
In short: Our Apps do not collect personal information that directly identifies you. We rely on trusted third-party services for advertising and analytics, which may process limited technical and usage data as described below.
02 Information We Collect
HexCode does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the Apps.
Information collected automatically
When you use our Apps, certain non-personal technical information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the Apps. This may include:
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Approximate, non-precise location derived from IP address (country/region level)
- App usage statistics, such as features used and session duration
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data to help us fix problems
This information is used in aggregate and is not used by us to personally identify you.
03 How Information Is Used
The limited information described above is used to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of our Apps
- Understand how users interact with the Apps so we can make them better

05 Advertising & Identifiers
Some of our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob and its partners. These ad networks may use the Advertising ID and other device signals to deliver, measure, and personalize ads.
You can limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads on Android devices.
07 Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
09 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the GDPR (European Union) or the CCPA (California), including:

- The right to object to or restrict certain processing
- The right to opt out of personalized advertising

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
